HOW WE WORK Four phases, clear deliverables, and a written record at every decision point because most project failures are not technical.
They’re communication failures. Unclear scope agreed to under deadline pressure. Requirements that drifted without a paper trail. Handoffs that left the client alone with a codebase they had never seen before. We’ve structured our process specifically to prevent all three.
THE APPROACH We scope before we estimate. We design before we build. We review before we ship.
Every phase ends with something you can look at, test, or read and a moment where you confirm it’s right before we move on. The proposal you receive reflects what the work actually takes, not what we thought you wanted to hear. The timeline is built from real task estimates, not padded numbers chosen to leave wiggle room.
We’ve been doing this long enough to know where projects go sideways. Usually it’s the same places every time: scope that was never fully defined, design that started before the architecture was agreed, or a launch that went live before QA was actually finished. Our process is built around those failure points specifically.

THE FOUR PHASES What we do at each stage, what you receive at the end of it, and what happens before anything moves forward.
01 Discovery and Scoping
We dig into your requirements, constraints, existing codebase, third-party dependencies, and business goals before any estimates are produced. You receive a detailed written proposal with a fixed price, a timeline built from actual task estimates, and a clear definition of done. Nothing vague, nothing left for later.
02 Architecture and Design
Florin builds the sitemap and UX architecture. Alex and Cristi define the technical structure, covering API contracts, data models, and component hierarchy. Jun maps the motion and interaction layer. All of this happens before production code starts, so the implementation phase runs against a complete and agreed spec rather than a moving target.
03 Development and Review
Iterative builds with staging previews at each milestone. You review and test on real devices throughout the process, not just at the end when changes are expensive. Each milestone comes with a plain-language summary of what was built, what changed from the original plan, and why.
04 Launch, QA and Handover
Full QA pass across devices and browsers, Core Web Vitals audit, image optimisation, caching, and SEO checks before go-live. After launch you receive a handover document covering the system architecture, key configuration decisions, and common editing tasks. Mark writes the deployment runbook. We stay available after launch and most clients continue working with us on an ongoing basis.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED Questions clients ask most before committing to a project, answered without the usual pre-sales softening.
Custom WordPress builds: 3 to 6 weeks. Headless Next.js plus WordPress: 6 to 12 weeks. Complex platforms with booking logic, multi-site architecture, or deep WooCommerce customisation: 8 to 16 weeks. Full product builds including mobile apps: 3 to 6 months. We give you a specific timeline in the proposal, not a range we picked to avoid commitment.
Both. We handle one-off bug fixes, performance audits, security reviews, malware removal, and feature additions alongside full builds. Minimum engagement is typically 2 hours. If you’re not sure whether your task qualifies, describe it and you’ll get an honest response.
A written brief covering your goals and requirements, any existing design assets or brand guidelines, access credentials to the current site if there is one, and 30 to 45 minutes for a kick-off call. The more detail you provide upfront, the more accurate the proposal will be.
Yes. Each milestone includes a defined revision round. Significant scope changes, such as new features, restructured requirements, or new integrations, are handled with a brief written change order so there’s a record and no billing surprises at invoice time.
We offer post-launch support and ongoing development. Many clients move to a monthly retainer after the initial project for new features, performance monitoring, core and plugin updates, and continuous improvements. We don’t disappear after the final invoice is paid.
We’re based in Romania (EET, UTC+2) and have delivered projects for clients across the US, UK, Australia, and the UAE without time zones causing delays. We work async-first and schedule calls to overlap with your working hours. Written thread communication means you always have context without needing to book a meeting every time a question comes up.
Yes. Florin handles UX architecture, Figma design systems, and full visual design. Jun covers motion design, animation direction, and concept illustration. If you arrive with an existing design, we work from that. If you need design from scratch, that’s a service we offer as part of the full project scope.
PROCESS IN PRACTICE What clients noticed most about how we work, in their own words.
Always with a quick response time which was great to keep everything up to date. Highly recommended for any project looking for quality, efficiency and good follow up. 10/10.

Alex delivered exactly what was scoped, on time, with clear communication throughout. The code was clean and well-documented, rare to find that level of care on a fixed-price project. Will definitely be working together again.

They asked the right questions at the start, disappeared to do the work, and came back with exactly what we needed. The handover documentation was thorough, something most developers skip entirely.

Hired for a performance audit and ended up rebuilding our entire platform architecture based on the recommendations. Core Web Vitals went from failing to perfect and conversion improved noticeably. A trusted advisor, not just a contractor.

The scope was clear from day one and nothing changed unexpectedly. Every milestone came with a written summary of what was done and why certain decisions were made. That level of documentation is something I’ve never experienced with a developer before.
