Every person on this page has a defined area of ownership. When you hire us, you know exactly who is responsible for what and you have direct access to that person throughout the project, not a project manager summarising their updates.
LEAD DEVELOPER AND FOUNDER Alex: WordPress, APIs, Themes and Backend Systems
Alex has been building production WordPress sites since 2014 and has the kind of accumulated knowledge that only comes from spending years debugging things that shouldn’t be possible. He architects the WordPress backend on every project, covering data models, custom plugin structure, REST API design, third-party integrations, database optimisation, and server configuration. When a site gets hacked, Alex is the one called in to clean it up, harden the server, and figure out how it happened.
He’s delivered complex rental and booking platforms, dynamic pricing engines, Mailchimp and payment gateway integrations, and multi-site WordPress networks for clients across a dozen countries. He leads client relationships personally and handles estimates himself, so the number you agree to is based on real knowledge of what the work involves, not a sales team’s optimism.
Owns: WordPress architecture, custom theme development, REST and third-party API integrations, ACF flexible content systems, database design and optimisation, malware removal and server hardening, WooCommerce deep customisation, CDN and caching configuration, Core Web Vitals tuning, multi-site network management.

SENIOR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER Cristi: Next.js, Flutter, iOS and Android
Cristi is the person who makes the frontend fast, the mobile app actually usable, and the headless architecture hold together under real traffic. He’s been building cross-platform apps since before Flutter was stable enough to ship to production and has worked on iOS and Android projects where performance and offline behaviour were non-negotiable requirements.
On web projects he handles the entire Next.js layer, covering component architecture, data fetching strategy, image pipelines, ISR and SSR decisions, TypeScript type systems, and animation work. On mobile projects he owns the Flutter codebase end to end, including platform-specific native integrations where the cross-platform layer isn’t enough. He and Alex have shipped headless WordPress plus Next.js projects together since 2020 and have a working shorthand that makes the backend-to-frontend handoff unusually smooth.
Owns: Next.js and React architecture, Flutter development for iOS and Android, headless WordPress frontend integration, TypeScript systems, mobile UX and performance, offline-capable app architecture, cross-platform native module integration, app store submission and release management.

SENIOR DEVELOPER Mark: Infrastructure, DevOps and Platform Engineering
Mark is the person who makes sure the system works the way it was designed to work, under load, after updates, and at 3am when nobody is watching. He owns the infrastructure layer across all projects: server provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and the kind of performance work that never shows up in a feature list but makes every metric better.
He came up through backend engineering and spent several years working on high-traffic e-commerce platforms before joining the team. That background means he approaches every infrastructure decision with a bias toward reliability and reversibility, the two things that matter most when something goes wrong in production. He also handles the technical parts of project handovers, covering environment documentation, deployment runbooks, and making sure the client or their future developers can actually operate what we’ve built.
Owns: Server provisioning and configuration, CI/CD pipeline setup, deployment automation, uptime monitoring and alerting, database backup and recovery systems, environment management, load testing, security patching, technical documentation and handover runbooks.

LEAD DESIGNER Florin: Figma, UX Architecture and Sitemaps
Florin owns the design process from the first discovery call through to the final developer handover. He builds the information architecture before any interface is drawn, covering content inventory, user flow mapping, sitemap, and the structural decisions that determine how the finished product actually gets used. That foundation work is where most design projects fail and it’s where he spends the most time.
His Figma output is production-ready: component libraries with every variant, interaction states, spacing tokens, and annotations that answer questions before developers have to ask them. He’s worked on large-scale multi-site redesigns, SaaS product interfaces, and brand identity systems, always starting from the user’s task rather than the visual style.
Owns: UX research and discovery, sitemap and user flow architecture, wireframing, full Figma design system construction, component library management, responsive layout design, design-to-development handover documentation, brand identity and visual direction.

MOTION DESIGNER AND VISUAL ARTIST Jun: Animations, Sketches and Visual Concepts
Jun is where the project stops feeling like a competent website and starts feeling like something worth showing people. She handles the motion design layer, covering page transitions, scroll-triggered animations, micro-interactions, hover states, and the timing decisions that separate refined work from technically correct work. She uses GSAP for complex sequence work and Framer Motion for component-level React animations, and she’s built custom WebGL experiences for clients where the brief called for something that genuinely couldn’t be done in CSS.
Before moving into digital work she spent years doing concept illustration and storyboarding, and that background shows in how she approaches visual problems, starting from a sketch rather than a template. She contributes to Florin’s design process at the concept stage and handles all motion specs and animation documentation for Cristi’s implementation.
Owns: Motion design and animation direction, GSAP and Framer Motion implementation specs, WebGL and canvas-based experiences, scroll-triggered sequence design, micro-interaction design, concept illustration and visual ideation, animation timing and easing documentation, loading and transition state design.

HOW THE TEAM WORKS TOGETHER Five people with clearly defined ownership and enough overlap to catch each other’s mistakes before they ship.
Design leads, development follows
Florin and Jun complete the design architecture and component library before a single line of production code is written. That sequence prevents the most common source of rework: developers building against an incomplete or changing spec.
Backend and frontend stay in sync
Alex defines the API contract before Cristi starts the frontend. Response shapes, field names, and pagination patterns are agreed upfront, not discovered mid-integration when changing them is expensive.
Infrastructure is first-class, not an afterthought
Mark is involved from the architecture phase on every project, not brought in at deployment. The codebase gets written with the infrastructure in mind rather than retrofitted to fit whatever the server happens to support.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY Feedback from clients who worked with different combinations of the team, same standard across all of them.
Fantastic to work with, good genuine helpful people. Enjoyed getting my app built with Alex and Cristi. Looking forward to working with them expanding the project.

Alex and Cristian were amazing. Complete professionals who took the time to understand requirements and what I was looking to achieve. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a complex WooCommerce requirement involving custom pricing logic and a third-party inventory API. The team scoped it accurately, flagged a potential issue we hadn’t considered, and delivered a solution that’s been running without problems for over a year.

Professional, communicative, and technically excellent. Alex and Cristian took our broken multilingual WordPress setup and rebuilt the architecture from scratch. The site now loads in under 2 seconds and the content team can manage it without developer support. Outstanding result.

They asked the right questions at the start, disappeared to do the work, and came back with exactly what we needed. The handover documentation was thorough, something most developers skip entirely.
